Adding insulation will have increased the door weight so make sure to test it to see if it opens and closes properly. In case it’s too heavy, the springs will likely need adjusting. If it functions without any obvious strain or excessive noise however there shouldn’t be any need to do this.
If there’s any old weatherstripping along the sides of the door, remove that and install new weatherstripping such as a garage door multi seal from Stormstop you can easily fit using the double-sided tape and self-tapping screws it comes supplied with. Make sure it’s laid snugly against the frame.
Remove your old sealing and install a new garage door bottom seal making sure it covers any gaps at the bottom. You can use a simple rubber garage door bottom seal for this, or if the gap’s larger, a threshold seal might be best.
